Job Description

    Branch Manager (Agency Partner Channel)
    • Business Growth & Target Achievement:
      • Drive branch revenue by achieving sales targets for life insurance policies through the agency partner channel.
      • Develop and execute strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve consistent business growth.
    • Agency Partner Network Expansion:
      • Recruit, onboard, and train new agency partners to strengthen the distribution network.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to enhance productivity and retention.
    • Managing Partner Team Leadership:
      • Lead and mentor a team of Managing Partners (MPs) to drive performance and achieve branch objectives.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill development through training programs.
    • Operational Excellence:
      • Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
      • Oversee daily activities to deliver exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
      • Track branch and team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
      • Prepare and present periodic business updates and insights to senior management.
    • Customer and Market Focus:
      • Understand customer needs and design customized life insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
