Job descriptionUrgent Hiring Branch Manager- Tele Sales for Delhi - CTC 8 to 12 Lacs ( Team Handling Profile )Branch Manager will be handling an Inbound/Outbound telesales team of Tele Sales Executives and Team Leaders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating sale of Health Insurance products against agreed monthly targets through team.
  • Guide Team to negotiate sales closure and guide customers seamlessly through our website to complete fresh transactions
  • Drive Team to identify up-sell opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers
  • Making Team Leaders responsible to make Tele Sales team responsible for maintaining outbound telesales activity logs and report these with completed sales and leads/prospect progression (pipeline status) on daily basis
  • Analyse activity to improve future sales performance and effectiveness of overall Team.
  • Should be a strong team player.
  • Should be persuasive, confident and ambitious and will have a polite and friendly manner. Should be highly motivated, have a positive outlook and an ability to think on your feet to drive Team.
