Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Equity Transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate laws, real estate regulations, and relevant legal frameworks governing equity transactions.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Legal Expertise: Demonstrate a strong command of corporate laws, including the Companies Act & SEBI regulations, to provide comprehensive legal support for equity transactions and corporate matters.
    2. Real Estate Law Proficiency: Utilize in-depth knowledge of real estate-related laws, such as RERA, Stamp Act, and Registration Act, to navigate complex real estate transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    3. Drafting and Review: Prepare and review legal agreements, contracts, and documentation for equity deals, investments, and real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    4. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence from a legal perspective for real estate transactions and equity deals, identifying potential legal risks and providing strategic recommendations to mitigate them.
    5. Transaction Structuring: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure real estate transactions and equity deals in alignment with business objectives, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
    6. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor legal contracts and agreements to ensure compliance by all parties involved in real estate transactions and equity deals, proactively addressing any compliance issues that may arise.
    7. Litigation Management: Handle legal disputes and litigation arising from real estate transactions and equity deals, representing the companys interests in legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable institution.
    • Admission to the Bar and a valid license to practice law in Delhi.
    • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in handling real estate transactions, equity deals, and corporate law matters.
    • Extensive knowledge of corporate laws, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and ICDR regulations.
    • Strong understanding of real estate-related laws, including RERA, Stamp Act, and Registration Act.
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
