Job Description

    Monitor and troubleshoot Amagis solution for clients digital media broadcast needsConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.Skills required:Bachelor in Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience related to Broadcast services, Computer Science, ITGood written and spoken communication skillsKnowledge of broadband services (specifically broadcast video and audio services)Knowledge in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is a definite plus.Knowledge of VPN server and VLAN.Good to have Experience in broadcasting systems.Like to resolve problems, be able to innovate, and find better ways to do things.Must be flexible and willing to respond to occasional out of regular hours issuesPositive and persistent can do attitude.Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.Contact PersonHR Simran Dsouzahidden_mobilesimran.dsouza@white-force.in
