Senior ConsultantLocation - DelhiExperience - 1 to 3 yrs (SaaS)Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and retailers. You love to read & have strong viewpoints about business, product & technology.What youll do Client Success: Be responsible for the assigned clients to have an amazing experience of using the. Xeno product by constantly providing the product guidance, resolving issues, consulting to implement the best strategies, including but not limited to: Effectively working as a member of a cross-functional team and independently Be a voice of the customer in Xeno and communicate the business requirements to the product/ Support/Tech team clearly. Understand client goals and problem statements in depth, to recommend the best CRM strategies based on customer data analytics available Map product capabilities to strategies, create product training capsules customized for clients, arrange demo for the new feature releases and ensure adoption Effective communicating problem statements & solutions on objectives provided by the Client Proactively track campaign results, KPI performance and ROI and suggest action for improvement. Monitor product usage and flag off concerns. Act as a reliable knowledge base for the customer. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is taken into account in the companys decision-making process.Key skills Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills, Comfortable in dealing with numbers and calculation Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Knowledge of at least one database mining language (SAS/R/SQL/Python etc) and experience of working with databases Ability to pull insights from Raw Data sets Excellent Logical ability, Good written and interpersonal skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment Self-motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow through on commitmentsHow itll feel to work at XenoThe thing Im unhappy about is that we have a 4.9 rating on Glassdoor.
