Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting and achievement of sales targets:Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.3. Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.Sales Presentations and Negotiation:Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings.Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product/service offerings.6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Candidate Profile:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Food Service industry.Strong understanding of the Indian food market and industry dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Networking and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ Field Assist software.Willingness to travel as needed.Expected CTC:Depends on the candidates experience and interaction with the senior management.Reporting Relationships:Candidate will report to Territory Manager (TM) or ASM in his zone.
