To date, iB Cricket has thousands of customers spread across 10 countries. iB Cricket is the top-rated VR cricket game in the Oculus (Meta) store, with a rating of 4.5/5.About the Internship:Key responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end execution of iB Cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads and other business metrics2. Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (Corporates, Cafes, Gated communities, etc.)3. Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB Cricket. Keep them engaged throughout the event. Ensure high participation and engagement at the events4. Provide accurate and complete information about the company, products. pricing, and league to generate leads for iB Cricket products5. Ensure your team improves performance and achieves targets. Monitor and train them accordingly6. Follow all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include, generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports etc.7. Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle of iB Cricket products and achieve targets. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, pitches, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category8. Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the companyWhat are we looking for 1. An individual with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills2. A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport3.
