Our mission is to support gaming industry professionals and founders globally by investing in talent and connecting them with opportunities to succeed in the gaming industry.Over the past three years, we have upskilled and placed hundreds of professionals in over 200 companies including Ubisoft, Mobile Premier League, Sumo Digital, GSN, PTW, nCore Games, and Odico.Role Summary:We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive focusing on Pre-Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process. This role requires a blend of strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
    • Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscals programs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospectiveleads.
    • Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop a deep understanding of target markets, industries, and key accounts to identify potentialleads.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating within a supportive team environment.
    • Manage the entire sales process from the first contact to final enrollment in the program.
