The role involves field sales, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-driven, and passionate about achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct field sales and develop new client relationships.
    • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
    • Represent the brand effectively and maintain client relationships.
    Qualifications:
    • Any Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA in Marketing.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sales-driven with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
    Interview Process:
    • B30 Round:Initial screening.
    • AMCAT Test:45-minute online test assessing English comprehension, Numerical Ability, and Sales Aptitude.
    • B35 Round:Final round post AMCAT.
