Job Description

    Purpose of the position We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The executives responsibilities include Lead generation, cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.Responsibilities and dutiesInitiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.Generating LeadsAsking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.Listening to the customers needs to generate appointments for field sales.Answering customers questions on the products.Booking appointment for field salesUsing sales scripts pre-offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Attending meeting on Zoom Meeting with Clients.Academic qualificationsPassed or Graduate from any streamRequirementsExcellent communication skills.Creative thinking skills.The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.Good sales ability.Working knowledge of relevant computer software.Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
