Job Description

    Position:Business Development ExecutiveExperience Required:1 - 5 yearsQualification:Any BachelorsCTC:NegotiableRequiredmandatory experience in furniture, wood furnishing and paint industry or relevantKey Responsibilities:
    • Manage relationships with 55-60 key architects and designers in your area.
    • Regularly visit them, provide premium service, and strengthen relationships.
    • Organize exhibitions, showcase new products, and host events for engagement.
    • Follow up on sample requests, product recommendations, training, and on-site support.
    • Ensure contractors working with A/IDs are registered in the ICC program.
    • Identify market challenges and collaborate with sales & technical teams to resolve issues.
    • Share market trends and feedback with the marketing team.
    Engaging with HNI Customers:
    • Connect with HNI customers through the sales team.
    • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and strong recommendations.
    • Obtain permission (NOC) to use site photos for digital marketing.
