Job Description

    Business Development Executive (BDE) JD | JOJO International
    • Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and lead generation.
    • Handle candidate enquiries, explain overseas job and career opportunities, and convert leads into registrations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Follow up with leads regularly and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for interviews, documentation, and candidate processing.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and conversions.
    • Stay updated on JOJO Internationals programs, vacancies, countries, and recruitment processes.
