The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with customers in the plastic and rubber industries. The role requires a highly motivated sales professional who is an effective communicator with strong relationship building skills.Qualifications Experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in Polymer. Industry specific to the PVC raw materials except polymers. Should have mindset of an achiever and ability to identify new business prospects. Negotiation and presentation skills. Exposure of sales reporting systems in hierarchy. Bachelors degree in polymer processing, Science, Engineering, or related field,
