    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within staffing and payroll consultancy.
    • Strong understanding of staffing and payroll processes and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
