Job Description

    Designation : Business Development ManagerLocation : RemoteExperience-2to 5yearKey Responsibilities :- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.- Present our recruitment services and solutions effectively to potential clients.- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable deals.- Close deals and onboard new clients smoothly.- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs.- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.- Share market insights and client feedback with the team.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications and Skills:- 2 years of experience in sales and business development within the recruitment industry (IT & non-IT preferred).- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Self-motivated and results-oriented.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
