Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and quality has made us a trusted name in the industry.Role Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for managing the tendering process, interacting with clients, and ensuring the smooth submission and evaluation of bids. This role involves thorough analysis of RFPs, ensuring eligibility criteria are met, and coordinating post-award processes.Key Responsibilities:
    • Review RFPs: Thoroughly analyze and understand the RFP requirements.
    • Preparation of Pre-bid Queries: Draft and address pre-bid queries to clarify tender requirements.
    • Attend Pre-Bid Meetings: Participate in pre-bid meetings and communicate key points raised.
    • Eligibility Criteria Evaluation: Ensure the company meets all the eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP.
    • Evaluate Companies and Key Personnel Credentials: Review the credentials of company based on Technical & Financial capability and key personnel credentials based on their qualification and relevant experience in the field to ensure they align with the RFP requirements.
    • Preparation of Tender Documents: Prepare all necessary tender documents / Formats / Board Resolution/ Power Of Attorney and any other details to ensuring completeness of the RFP requirements with accuracy.
    • Client Interaction: Maintain regular interaction / communication with the client, providing any additional information needed during the evaluation process of the tender submitted.
    • Tender Submission: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of the bid.
    • Interact with client for signing of agreement, submission of Performance Bank Guarantee and its verification.
    • Post-Award Coordination: Coordinate / interact with the key personnel after the project award, ensuring smooth mobilization to the project site.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in relevant field.
    • Experience: Previous experience in business development or tender management, preferably in the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of RFP processes and tender documentation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to evaluate project requirements and match them with company capabilities.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
