Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development ManagerIndustry: Furniture / Interior SolutionsLocation: [Maison interior,ghitorni delhi]Reports To: Director of Sales / Managing DirectorJob Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the furniture market (retail, commercial, hospitality, etc.)Build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and pricing negotiations.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.Maintain knowledge of the product range, materials, production lead times, and customization options.Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.24 years of experience in business development or sales in the furniture/interior industry.Strong network in real estate, design, or commercial fit-out sectors is an advantage.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
