Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic business development manager to lead our efforts in line card and new business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to maximize the visibility and sales of our existing line card while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesLine Card Promotion: Line Card Assessment: Evaluate the current line card, including product/service offerings, pricing, and market positioning. Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance sales and profitability. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the line card offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Client. Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase their engagement with our line card products/services.Conduct client outreach and follow-up to ensure client needs are met. Sales Support:Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and information needed to effectively sell line card products/services.Provide training and support to sales representatives.New Business Development Market Research: Identify emerging market trends, potential clients, and industry developments. Conduct market research to assess new business opportunities. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential value. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.Present line card offerings to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure. Achieve revenue and growth targets for new business. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research findings. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts,
