Profile Name - BDRKey Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate leads for loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, home loans, auto loans).
2. Conduct field visits to prospective clients, assess their loan requirements, and pitch suitable loan products.
3. Guide customers through the loan application process, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
4. Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
5. Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely processing and disbursal of loans.
6. Follow up with customers for repayment and post-disbursal services.
7. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
8. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Provide market feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
