Job Description

    Business Development (Retail Projects & Expansion) Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and acquire new retail store locations.
    • Manage retail expansion and new store opening projects.
    • Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and mall management for leasing and commercial discussions.
    • Oversee fit-out execution and store launch timelines.
    • Handle lease agreements, legal documentation, and approvals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    Requirements
    • 5 - 15 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Projects, or Business Development.
    • Experience in location acquisition, retail leasing, and fit-out coordination.
    • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
    • Willingness to travel across India.
