Job Description

    We are seeking a business development manager with a strong background in the civil engineering consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires expertise in market analysis, proposal development, and strategic planning to expand the companys footprint in the industry.Key Responsibilities:

    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
    5. Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients.
    6. Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals and service offerings.
    7. Client Relationship Management:
    8. Develop long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients.
    9. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.
    10. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
    11. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    12. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify business opportunities.
    13. Monitor government and private-sector projects for potential business leads.
    14. Keep up to date with industry regulations, standards, and policies.
    15. Financial & Performance Management:
    16. Meet revenue and profitability targets as set by the management.
    17. Monitor project profitability and work with teams to improve financial performance.
    18. Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales forecasts.
