We are currently hiring for our next phase of growth.This role will be accountable for:- Growing our credit card vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability- Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners- Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings- Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.- Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations. Skills Required- Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably credit card- Strong sales and marketing skills- Ability to network and forge alliances- Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude- Ability to work in teams- Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirementDesired Candidate Profile- Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building credit cards sales business in India.- This role is a pure marketing and sales role and hence, we are not looking for people from KPO/BPO sector.EducationUG/PG in any specialisation.Location - Gurgaon/ Delhi NCR (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
