Job Description

The Business Head Government Business (GB) will lead the company & Government Business vertical by developingand executing strategies to drive revenue growth from Central Government, State Government, Defence, Railways,Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), autonomous healthcare institutions, and other government-funded healthcareorganizations. The role is responsible for expanding market presence, increasing tender success rates, ensuringprofitable business growth, and building a high-performing Government Business team.Role Scope:The Business Head Government Business (GB) will lead the company's Government Business vertical by developingand executing strategies to drive revenue growth from Central Government, State Government, Defence, Railways,Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), autonomous healthcare institutions, and other government-funded healthcareorganizations. The role is responsible for expanding market presence, increasing tender success rates, ensuringprofitable business growth, and building a high-performing Government Business team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the annual Government Business strategy aligned with the company & growthobjectives. Identify new opportunities in government healthcare projects and institutional procurement. Build long-term business plans to expand SS Medical India's government market share. Establish strong relationships with key government stakeholders and institutional customers. Drive sales of the company & medical devices and healthcare solutions through government channels. Identify opportunities within Central Government, State Government, AIIMS, ESIC, CGHS, Defence, Railways,Medical Colleges, Autonomous Institutions, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
