This leadership role requires strong industry expertise, strategic partnerships, and market-driven growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a premium distribution strategy across modern retail and general trade. Build and maintain strong relationships with A retailers, distributors, and specialty stores. Identify market opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies. Lead high-level negotiations to secure prime shelf space and favorable sales terms. Develop and mentor a sales and distribution team for effective execution. Oversee supply chain and inventory management for seamless operations.
