Responsibilities:Customer Engagement and Sales: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences. Proactively approach customers, provide information about our products, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the companys growth. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Conduct regular market research to identify potential sales opportunities, and report findings to the sales manager. Use data and insights to develop strategies for increasing market share.Skills: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and superiors effectively. A persuasive and friendly communication style is essential for sales success. Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
