Job Description

    Position: Channel Sales Lead
    • Oversee SIM activations at retail outlets to meet set targets
    • Drive revenue growth by expanding retail reach and enhancing product availability
    • Manage the productivity of channel partners and FSEs (Field Sales Executives)
    • Provide training and ensure the required FSEs are available with distributors
    • Ensure that distributors and retailers maintain sufficient stock levels
    • Strengthen distribution channels by increasing Recharge and SIM Selling Outlets
    • Focus on sales targets and performance goals
    • Drive key distribution metrics, including ROI for distributors and retailers
    • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, policies, best practices, and initiatives, then report findings to the JC and State S&D Team
    • Propose initiatives to enhance visibility within the territory
