Job Description

    Job Title: Channel Sales Lead
    • Manage SIM activations at retail outlets to ensure targets are met.
    • Drive revenue growth and market share by expanding retail reach and maintaining consistent product availability.
    • Supervise and enhance the performance of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
    • Provide training and guidance to distributors, ensuring proper support for FSE resources.
    • Ensure distributors and retailers maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Strengthen the distribution network by increasing the number of Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM-selling points.
    • Maintain a strong sales focus to meet and exceed channel objectives.
    • Monitor and drive key distribution metrics, including ROI for distributors and retailers.
    • Analyze competitor activities, policies, and initiatives, and report findings to the JC and State Sales & Distribution teams.
    • Propose strategies to improve brand visibility and sales performance in the assigned territory.
    Key Skills (Mandatory):
    • Deep knowledge of product offerings and market dynamics.
    • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
    • Excellent relationship management skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.

    • Tech-savvy, with the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance sales performance.
