Job Description

    Position:Channel Sales Lead
    1. Drive SIM activations at retail outlets in line with targets.
    2. Increase revenue market share by expanding retail width and ensuring product availability.
    3. Oversee the productivity of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
    4. Train and ensure the required number of FSE are equipped with distributors.
    5. Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels.
    6. Strengthen distribution channels by increasing the number of Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM Selling Outlets.
    7. Focus on sales orientation to drive performance.
    8. Manage key distribution metrics such as the ROI of distributors and retailers.
    9. Collect and monitor competitor activities, policies, best practices, and initiatives, reporting findings to the JC and State S&D Team.
    10. Propose strategies to enhance visibility within the territory.
