Job Description

    Financial Reporting:o Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.o Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.o Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Budgeting and Forecasting:o Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.o Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.o Provide insights and recommendations for cost management and revenueenhancement. Tax Compliance and Planning:o Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.o Identify tax savings opportunities and strategies.o Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed. Internal Controls and Audits:o Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.o Coordinate and support internal and external audits.o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Financial Analysis and Strategy:o Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.o Provide financial advice to management on investment opportunities, costreduction, and risk management.o Support business planning and performance improvement initiatives. Team Collaboration:o Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.Qualifications and Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCGindustry. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
