Position: CFO(Chief Financial Officer)Location: Manglapuri, MG Road DelhiJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced CFO (Chief Financial Office) to join our team. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for financial planning, creating and analysing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilising analytical skills to support the companys financial operations.ResponsibilitiesDrive the companys financial planningPerform risk management by analysing the organisations liabilities and investmentsDecide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risksControl and evaluate the organisations fundraising plans and capital structureEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operationsSupervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationshipsPrepare reliable current and forecasting reportsSet up and oversee the companys finance IT systemEnsure. compliance with the law and companys policiesTax planning and compliancesCapital management, Risk management, cash management.QualificationsProven experience as CFO Finance officer or relevant roleIn depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. ERP)Ability to strategist and solve problemsStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAn analytical mind, comfortable with numbersCPA is a strong advantageB.Sc/B.COM in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; M.Sc/MBA is a plusPlease share your CV on hidden_emailAbout usOK Play is a leading manufacturer of plastic moulded toys, playground equipment, and childrens furniture, Automotive, EV in India with distribution throughout the country via retailers and a network of distributors.
