Job Description

Role & responsibilities
• Plan and review the security deployment.
• Train Security personnel in security rules and procedures.
• Prepare security procedures and SOP and ensure the same to be executed on ground.
• Access control of Staff and Labors working in plant.
• Implementation of Visitor Management System.
• Material Management system through SAP.
• Deployment of sensitive installation.
• CCTV operation and vigilance.
• Plant Boundary Security.
• Identify, Investigate and resolve security breaches.
• Theft and pilferage control. Labor control
• Liaison and coordination with local authorities
• Transportation of staff and Guests visiting the company
• Ensure smooth day to day administration operations across the plant.
• Handle and coordinate with multiple vendor for Housekeeping, transport, horticulture & Canteen management.
• Managing Customer and Senior Management visits and Event Management
• Ensure effective housekeeping operation as per 5S standards across the facility.
• This position requires travel.
Preferred candidate profileMust be from Armed Force Background, Strong analytical, communication and leadership capabilities. Has exposure to Security Operations in a Manufacturing Set up, Good on Vigilance & CCTV Surveillance, etc.
