• Oversee and manage Civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to execute project plans effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize expertise in interior fit-out techniques, materials, and finishes to deliver high-quality designs for offices and retail stores.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance on design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage contractual agreements, including tendering processes, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and facilitate change orders as needed to maintain project scope and quality.
• Develop detailed BOQs based on project specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, technical documents, and shop drawings to support project execution and coordination.
• Verify BOQ accuracy, materials quantities, and specifications to facilitate procurement and construction activities.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, inspections, and quality control measures to ensure workmanship standards and safety protocols are met.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and documentation reviews to track project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement quality assurance processes, snagging procedures, and handover protocols for successful project delivery.
