Job Description

    • Client Engagement & Retention Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Understanding Client Needs Assess client requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and proactive support.
    • Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing their accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery.
    • Sales & Upselling Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
    • Issue Resolution Address client concerns and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of client needs.
    • Performance Monitoring Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Market & Industry Insights Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
    • Client Onboarding & Training Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide necessary training or resources to maximize product/service utilization.
    • Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and performance reports for continuous improvement and reference.
