Job Description

    Client Servicing ManagerIndustry: Events/Experiential MarketingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentQualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree or above in any stream
    • Preferred: MBA/Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management.
    Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in Client Servicing and Business Development in a reputed organisation preferably in Event Management, Advertising or Marketing.

      Key Responsibilities:
      1. Client Interaction & Brief Management:
        • Serve as a key point of contact in the Projects Team, liaising with clients to understand their needs and gathering detailed Briefs.
      2. Concept Development & Presentations:
        • Develop creative event concepts and translate briefs into comprehensive Presentations.
        • Deliver engaging Presentations to clients.
        • Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure thematic alignment with client expectations.
      3. Event Ideation & Research:
        • Conduct extensive research to inform event ideation, creating innovative solutions that meet client goals.
        • Prepare detailed concept notes, proposals, and presentations aligned with tenders and RFPs.
      4. Project Management & Execution:
        • Oversee the end-to-end development, production, and execution of events/projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
        • Set, communicate, and manage priorities and timelines across stakeholders for every project.
