Job Description

    Minimum requirements:Experience in working with enterprise production environmentsITIL knowledgeWorking via a standard ITSM toolTechnical & Business English (spoken & written)Good communication skillsKnowledge of security aspects on systemsPositive, proactive, and customer-focused attitudeBeneficial, optional requirements:ITIL certification/sTechnology Certification(s)Supplier will, at its discretion, immediately remove or replace any personnel not performing in the best interest of SAP.All role criteria listed below correspond to a selection of skills at a variety of skill levels that should be available in different combinations in order to be able to perform each relevant task.Public Cloud - Previous experience in building, managing and supporting large enterprise infrastructure, services and applications on AWS, GCP and Azure. AWS/GCP/Azure certifications are a plusMust be familiar with DevOps principals and should have prior experience in managing and maintaining DevOps pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Maven and Scripting (Python) for automationNetwork and Security - Must be experienced with large enterprise scale Cloud Networking and Security, specifically setting up customer VPN connectivity to SAP cloud accountsPrior experience in supporting high volume ticket environments, handling escalations, providing best customer experience over ticket/chat/phone, managing L1 teams, providing technical guidance and following best practices for documentation
