Job Description

    As a Cluster Business Head (CBH) for Delhi, the primary responsibility is to nurture and expand the franchisee network, with support from a team of direct reports, including Insurance Sales Managers (ISMs) and Licensed Branch Staff (LBS). The focus is on driving growth in new business and retaining existing clients while ensuring adherence to the organizations quality standards, processes, policies, and guidelines.The CBH will oversee a network of branches within a regional office in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include increasing the franchisee size by expanding the number of licensed branch staff and motivating them to offer life insurance solutions to meet customer financial needs. This requires a thorough understanding of channel dynamics in the designated area and developing strategies to gain support and buy-in from channel partners.In addition, the CBH will assist the Zonal Business Head (ZBH) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in maintaining relationships with senior management at regional offices, though direct coordination with the regional office is not required.
