Job Description

    1.Credit Underwriting.Credit AssessmentReview and analyse Personal loan applications to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.Assess financial statements, credit reports, cash flow projections, and other relevant documents to evaluate the applicants ability to repay the loan.Utilize credit scoring models and loan strategies to make informed credit decisions.2.Risk Analysis:Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with each loan application.Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommend appropriate terms and conditions for approved loans.Monitor and manage credit exposure, ensuring alignment with the organizations risk tolerance.Make informed and timely decisions regarding loan approvals, declines, and counter-offers.Collaborate with risk, tech teams to present and justify credit decisions, tech bugs.3.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk assessment.Propose process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of credit assessment procedures.4.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on credit portfolio performance, delinquencies, and risk exposure formanagement review.Desired Candidate Profile:-
