    Collection ManagerCompany: Muthoot FinanceLocation: New DelhiExperience Required: 2 yearsProduct: Unsecured Personal LoanQualification: Any GraduateJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Collection Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The idealcandidate will manage collections for unsecured personal loans, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a highstandard of customer service. This role involves engaging with customers to handle overdue accounts, setting uprepayment plans, and reducing delinquency rates while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities: Manage the collections process for unsecured personal loan accounts. Contact customers with overdue payments to develop strategies for repayment and resolve outstandingbalances. Evaluate accounts for potential write-offs and escalate cases as needed. Maintain regular communication with borrowers, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issueseffectively. Analyze data to identify trends in payment delays and develop action plans to reduce delinquency rates. Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection procedures and customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all collection activities. Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, accounts receivable status, and recoverystrategies.Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan collections, preferably in personal loans or unsecured lending. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of collection laws and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
