Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end collection process for loans and financial products inthe assigned regions. Develop and implement strategies for timely collections, reducingdelinquency rates. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internalpolicies during the collection process. Monitor and track loan accounts, identify potential defaults, and takeproactive measures to minimize risks. Coordinate with legal teams for recovery processes in case of default. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage timelypayments. Prepare regular reports on collection
