    JOB DESCRIPTION TEAM-LEADER - DEBT RECOVERY / COLLECTIONSWe are Hiring for Team Leader - Tele CollectionWe are looking for Immediate joinersLocation: New Delhi, Saraswati ViharJob Types: Full-TimeSchedule: Day ShiftExperience: Min 1 years of experience as a Team LeaderQualification: 12 or GraduateRequired Candidate Profile: Eligibility Criteria1. Should have handled minimum of 10- 15 team members.2. Should have handled the team Daily reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.3. Responsible for staff retention within the team.4. Should be from collection background handling financial products (CARDS, PL, AUTO, Two-wheeler or other Consumer Loans Etc.)5. Should have role experience of Minimum 1 Years6.The Candidate should have good experience in Collections, Whether its in Flows, Npa or Recovery write-off.7.Should have a fair knowledge of Collection mechanism like Negotiation or Skip Tracing of Nc accounts.
