The ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience. They should possess extensive knowledge of building construction, including working with government departments, civil engineering drawings, field testing, billing, project. planning, scheduling, and material management. Proficiency in computer applications is essential for this role.Responsibilities: Manage building construction projects in designated locations. Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities as required Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Oversee civil engineering drawings, field testing, and material management Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence within the project teamRequirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience. Proven experience in building construction projects, preferably with government departments. Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, field testing, billing, and material management Excellent project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to relocate and work in designated project locations,
