Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Create Daily Content: Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms on a daily basis.
    • Coordinate Shoots: Plan and manage content creation shoots, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.
    • Copywriting: Write compelling, clear, and concise copy for all social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns, ensuring that the messaging resonates with the target audience and enhances brand identity.
    • Trend Research and Ideation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, ideating and executing trendy and innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.
    • Content Calendar Management: Develop and plan social media calendar and also to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
    • Brand Voice and Aesthetic: Ensure all content aligns with the brands tone, voice, and visual aesthetics.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to ensure seamless content creation and campaign execution.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
    • Community Engagement: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
    • Experience in coordinating photo/video shoots.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Basic understanding of styling and lighting
    Preferred:
    • Candidate must be comfortable showcasing their own face in the reels
    • 1-2 years experience in similar role
    • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography.
    • Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
