    • Work directly with providers to educate them on our care process and determine what can be done to improve overall care quality

    Qualifications for Medical Director
    • Valid license to practice medicine required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • 10+ years experience in clinical medicine
    • 5+ years experience in a hospital administration role
    • Superb judgment, problem-solving and cognitive skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Current knowledge of chronic care/geriatric issues and best practices
    • Superior leadership skills
    • Should have Vast & huge experience in field of Hospital establishment
    • Managing hospital administration, manpower management, budgeting, billing and collection, equipment outlays, planning and patient flow
    • Skilled in supervising recruitment and hiring of doctors, staffs, nurses and HR/assistant administrators
    • Expertise in ensuring security and maintenance of patient records
    • Liaison with the staffing professional and assign their specific tasks
    • Ensured that the overall facility of the institution is properly utilized and available to all patients
    • Motivate staff and the entire healthcare professionals to function and operate their specific tasks at their best of skills
    • Proficient in keeping hospital stocked with oxygen tanks, drugs, medications, hospital facility and equipment, gadgets and other machinery
    • Recommended programs such as medical research which improved the scope of the organization, fund raising, programs or events, conventions and updated their institution with the latest trend of medical service
    • Day to day clinical operations
    • Fulfillment of statutory requirement for the Hospital.
    • Cost reduction and streamlining of processes
    • Involved with Business operations team to make strategies for increasing the revenue.
    • To organize smooth operations, including accounting, planning, authorizing expenditures, and establishing rates for services, and coordinating billing and discharge process.
    • Handling of equipment purchasing and installation of equipment. Ensuring smooth functioning of all operational and patient care activities on a daily basis as to ensure quality functioning and sustainable growth of hospital.
    • Confer with other departmental heads to coordinate activities including attending departmental meetings and ensure departmental developments take place.
    • Monitor the clinical productivity through customer satisfaction reviews, daily reports. Coordinate the smooth running of daily activities by ensuring that all patients enquiries/ problems are dealt as soon as possible.
    • Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
    • Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
    • Liaise with vendors, contractors & suppliers on a regular basis. To coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function as one, and establish and administer policies, and ensure they are uniformly understood.
    • Physical Marketing, Core and hard Core marketing.
    • Conducted regular training program for staff on various quality policies based on NABH guidelines. And thereby coordinate the entire hospital NABH accreditationactivities.
    • Taking facilitating/monitoring rounds in the hospital and could maintain & control proper infection control activities
    • Vast & huge experience in field of Gastroenterology especially in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopic Procedures.
    • Beneficial to the hospital in all traits ofspecially in Dept of Gastroenterology with hospital management & administration.
    • Proficient in routine procedure specially in UGI, LGI and therapeutic procedures along with Elective and emergency Intubation, CPR, USG guided central line, blind or USG guided paracenthesis.
    • Prescribes preoperative and postoperative treatments and procedures as/under gastroenterologist.
    • Managed, directed and coordinated activities of nurses, assistants, residents and other medical staff.
    • Supervision inspection of medical instruments, equipment and operating rooms to maintain proper hygiene and sterility in pre and post surgeries/ procedures.
    • Monitored patients condition and progress and re-evaluated treatments as necessary during and post procedures.
    • Lead hospital prevention and health promotions to increase awareness of health.
    • Participated in planning of hospital care for elderly and disabled patients with management and hospital committee.
    • Treated patients as part of the hospital s 24-hour on-call services.
