Job Description

    Job Title: Corporate Sales ManagerLocation: Hyderabad- Jubilee Hills, Delhi- DwarkaEmployment Type: Full-TimeImmediate Joiners PreferredJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenCorporate Sales Managerto join our growing team at our Hyderabad office, located in Jubilee Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring revenue growth in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase corporate business, targeting key clients across various industries.
    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and executives in client organizations.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Utilize this information to drive sales growth and competitive advantage.
    • Sales Negotiations & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract closing, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both parties.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategies to ensure sales goals are achieved.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and solutions.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance to senior management.
    • Customer Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and maintaining open communication with clients.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in B2B sales or enterprise solutions.
    • Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and client needs.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Experience in the Hyderabad market or South India region is a plus.
    • Immediate joiners or those who can join within 30 days are preferred.
