Job Description

    • - Answering Inbound calls from the guests calling in at Oberoi Contact Centre
    • - Solving guest queries and providing them with relevant information
    • - Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query
    • - Reconfirmation of the reservations either by calls or emails Candidate Profile
      • - Female/Male candidates can apply
      • - Applicant should be a graduate/final year student or result awaited
      • - Freshers/Work Experience both can apply
