Job Description

    As a Customer Relations Specialist (B2B) at our company, your role will involve being the main point of contact for B2B clients. You will be responsible for managing post-sales communication, addressing customer queries, and tracking client interactions for service improvement. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized solutions will be crucial in retaining clients and increasing renewal/conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients.- Manage post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction.- Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain and track client interactions and feedback for service improvement.- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.- Build strong relationships to retain clients and increase renewal/conversion rates.Requirements:- 13 years of proven experience in Customer Service / Client Relations in B2B segment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.- Prior experience in the EdTech or SaaS domain will be preferred.- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.,
