Job Description

    As a Customer Relationship Officer/ Sr. Customer Relationship Officer in the Sales department located at Noida Sec 16, your main responsibilities will include:- Making outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offerings.- Explaining product features, eligibility, interest rates, and application process.- Collecting and verifying basic customer information for eligibility checks.- Following up on leads and ensuring timely submission of documents.- Coordinating with internal teams and lending partners to ensure a smooth loan process.To qualify for this role, you should have:- 1-3 years of experience in PL, HL, LAP, and Insurance.- Good communication and convincing skills.- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary with commission-based incentives, a comprehensive benefits package (including health insurance), and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.,
