Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve handling various customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and email. Additionally, you will manage different customer cases, including booking confirmations, payment issues, and cancellations, while providing multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and email.Your key responsibilities will include:- Handling customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments- Communicating with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and email- Managing various customer cases including booking confirmation, payment issues, and cancellations- Providing multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and emailThe qualifications required for this role are:- No specific education or experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)- Strong customer service mindset- English communication skills required- Business-level English preferred / OPIC IH or above is a plus- Experience in handling overseas customers is a plus- Basic IT skills (PC usage, information search, work tools)- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment- No prior CS experience required- 3 weeks of structured training provided, live operation starts from week 4In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, we offer:- Competitive salary and allowances, with annual total compensation ranging from approximately KRW 33,000,000 to KRW 38,000,000- Professional training and career development- Supportive and multicultural work environment- Opportunity to work with a global organization As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve handling various customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
