Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support AgentCompany: Seyfert Networks Private Limited Location: Kapashera, New Delhi Industry: Internet Service Provider (ISP)We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, manage accounts, and log service complaints using our internal ERP system.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming customer support calls and make outbound follow-ups.
    • Log customer issues and service requests accurately in the ERP system.
    • Assign complaints to the field service team for timely resolution.
    • Update customer account details, service status, and complaint history.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
    Requirements:
    • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
    • Prior experience in customer service or telecom/internet services is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
    • Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
