Job Description

    We are Looking foracustomer support executivefor our Delhi (Patparganj Industrial Area) office.Customer Support ExecutiveLanguage:English , HindiResponsibilities -1-Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.2-Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.3-Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory4-Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.5-Generate sales leads per day.6-Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.7-Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information8-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.Skills-
    • Strong communication abilities
    • The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
    • Ability to listen and solve problems
